چکیده
• Anion species-triggered antibody separation under optimized constant temperature. species-responsive retention of antibodies by thermo-resopnsive polymer column. Successful therapeutic monoclonal from contaminants. Although the field drugs has grown larger, production still faces several challenges. Effective purification is required, but conventional method for cost intensive and often causes aggregation problems, indicating need new alternative methods. In present study, a temperature system use with thermo-responsive column was developed based on switching anion species in eluents. By adjusting each antibody, enabled antibodies, rituximab trastuzumab, contaminants without changing salt concentration or pH The hydrogel-modified packing material synthesized introducing n -butyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, N , ′-methylenebisacrylamide -isopropylacrylamide to surface silica beads an initiator graft-from approach. Elution behavior three types anions, such as citrate, phosphate, chloride were tested different conditions. It demonstrated that hydrogel grafted showed switchable at concentration, adsorption NaCl eluent desorption citric acid buffer eluent.

متن کاملComposite Materials of Thermo-responsive Polymer Networks and Inorganic Nanoparticles
The focus of this work is on composite materials of inorganic nanoparticles such as TiO2 embedded within microspheres of a responsive polymeric network. Microgels of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) with interpenetrating (IP) linear chains of poly(acrylic acid) (PAAc) were synthesized to promote the incorporation of TiO2. Dynamic light scattering measurements of the IP-microgels in aqueous environ...

We have utilized small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) to quantitatively characterize the LCST-type phase behavior of the poly(benzyl methacrylate) (PBnMA) derivative poly(2-phenylethyl methacrylate) (PPhEtMA) in the deuterated ionic liquid (IL) d8-1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide (d8-[C2mIm(+)][TFSA(-)]). The SANS curves showed a discontinuous change from those ch...
متن کاملMechanically triggered heterolytic unzipping of a low-ceiling-temperature polymer.
Biological systems rely on recyclable materials resources such as amino acids, carbohydrates and nucleic acids. When biomaterials are damaged as a result of aging or stress, tissues undergo repair by a depolymerization-repolymerization sequence of remodelling. Integration of this concept into synthetic materials systems may lead to devices with extended lifetimes. Here, we show that a metastabl...
